MANILATRUST International Manpower is established in Quezon City in 2004 by a group of professional people. The main objective is to make the company into the leader in manpower brokerage industry in Philippines.


The mission of our company is to send worker who has higher qualification, reliable and hard working to overseas.

We mainly try to increase the skill and techniques of Philippine workers so that they can become the best manpower. At the same time, through export of manpower and to establish a good relationship with employee is also the objective of MANILATRUST.

  1. Assist employer to confirm the job of the worker, type and qualification that they require and the level and work capability of worker.
  2. Select worker according to the qualification of the worker and the requirement of employer.
  3. First from the resume employee of MANILATRUST will select qualified workers and then they will conduct interview and will investigate on the experience and capability of the worker to see whether this is real and finally these workers will be sent to employer to select.
  4. After the final interview by employee of our company and confirms that the work is qualified, then such worker will be sent to employer for selection.
  5. All workers have to be sent to clinic designated by the Philippines Foreign Labor Administration office for physical and mental check up.
  6. Assist worker to designated vocational test center to participate in the vocational test.
  7. Help worker to complete necessary file.
  8. We will go the government institution, overseas consulate and other organization to process file for the worker.
  9. Before the worker goes out to work, the worker needs to go through training to learn about the rules of that country and to understand the traveling procedure, employee regulation and laws of Philippines on foreign workers.


First, MANILATRUST International Company will sign a brokerage mutual trading contract based on requirement of both parties and the recruited worker condition under certain terms. At the same time, both parties will sign on the contract expressing consent before conducting the manpower mutual trading profession.

【For the Employer】

  1. Demand Letter:
    Employer needs to submit a requirement letter to MANILATRUST International Company and the content has to mention the number of workers required, qualification of worker, monthly salary, contract period and at the same time, explain on lodging, meal, medical treatment, transportation and air ticket etc.
  2. Power of attorney:
    The employer needs to submit the power of attorney to the Philippines Consulate to prove that the employer has authorized MANILATRUST to recruit worker on its behalf and the company has the right to process visa.
  3. Worker employment contract::
    This is a standard employer and employee contact content.

【AGENCY' S PART】

  1. Selection:
    In general, the employer or its representative will select worker through interview or test. However, if the employer chooses our company to select worker for them, we will select a group of company employee with rich experience to employee worker on behalf of the employer under a stringent supervision.
  2. Physical examination:
    After the job is confirmed, the worker will be taken to the clinic designated by the government to conduct physical examination.
  3. Apply for visa:
    The selected worker will be taken to the consulate to apply for visa.
  4. Air ticket and immigration department:
    Employer will remit the transportation expense to MANILATRUST International Company so that the worker can obtain the departure procedure required by the immigration department and start to work promptly.
  5. Lecture class before departure:
    MANILATRUST will provide basic departure lecture class before the worker departs so that at the same time this can allow worker to understand the work environment and rules of that country that the worker should abide.
