In 2004 Indonesia re-started the export of labors to Taiwan. General Manager of Lucky Country Mr. Chien immediately went deep into Indonesia to gain understanding on the job market for foreign labors.

In 2005 the East Java Malong Branch was established and in 2006 the Jakarta Company was established.

Administration work flow

  1. Labor entering the site, help labor to take photo, process passport and good conduct certificate procedure.
  2. Follow up on the document progress of labors, evaluation on the learning and quality so as to provide accurate information to overseas to arrange for the entry progress.
  3. Labor resume, learning condition are input to the backstage system.
  4. Cooperate with the overseas progress to process departure procedure (VISA, contract signing, air ticket etc.).
  5. Before the labor goes out to work, the company will make them to understand the salary form, work environment, overseas deduction method and law and this is to avoid possible occurrence of labor dispute.
  6. Arrange labor to depart when the documents are complete.

Quality Control Department

The quality control department is mainly responsible for students entering the siteàlearningàworkers going out to work, worker’s quality, recommend overseas candidates, worker entering the site, training and training withdrawal.

In view of the worker quality, the importance of going out to work safely and quality control work is being recognized as being very important and the quality flow is as follows.

  1. Marketing Department brings student to the company to report for arrival. The quality control department will check whether the student is illiterate and mathematics test (add, subtract, multiply, divide) will be conducted. After passing the worker will enter the site..
  2. For the result of periodical examination of student, the teacher will hand over to the quality control department and the quality control department will conduct random inspection.
  3. After passing the inspection, the quality control department will notify the administration department and the administration department will recommend the candidate to overseas. (If the work fails the inspection, the recruitment department and the training will be notified immediately and will convene a meeting to let the worker to withdraw from the training.
  4. Before going to work, the student will participate in the final examination in order to confirm that the student has the ability to learn foreign language and if so such student can go out to work.
  5. All workers who go out to work have to be signed by the quality department.

Training Course

During the training period, labor has to understand the overseas culture, living habits, law and general taboo of that country. At the same time, they also need to learn skill course. Relevant skill training will be arranged according to the work type of the student. If there is special requirement, worker will be send to specific school to learn the skill.
