In 1999 the general manager of Lucky Country, Mr. Chien and the Taipei Employment Service Association group went to the Labor Department of Vietnam the first time to discuss abut relevant terms of exporting Vietnam labors to Taiwan and at that time that was the first cooperation with Vietnam (SONA) on export of Vietnam workers to Taiwan.

 In March 2003 the company cooperated with Yung Fu Hotel and traveling agency to cope with the opening of training site and at that time the training place was in No. 88, Sheng Kuang Street, Dong Do County, Hanoi.

For the sake of workers’ quality, Lucky Country also invested in electric appliance similar to family in Taiwan and implements used in Taiwan Nursing Organization. During the SARS period, Lucky Country dispatched personnel to stay in Vietnam to complete the responsibility handed over by Taiwan customers.

 In December 12, 2003 the company started to cooperate with VILEXIM Company and up till now and in the original training site in See Wu County, Hanoi, more than 1000 labors were exported to the labor market in Taiwan from there. The time when the number of labors was the highest was in 2005 and the company rented four buildings to conduct training and at that time, the number of labors at the site already exceeded 500.



Vietnam Lucky Country Company is divided into: Recruitment Department, Training Department, Administration Department, Accounting Department and Quality Control Department.

Presently the main business is to recruit Vietnam labors and export to the labor market in Taiwan and Malaysia. The recruitment area stretches from central Vietnam to various provinces north of the ancient capital Hue. The recruitment personnel of Vietnam went to every province.

The present strong markets of Lucky County include various provinces including: Beijiang, Anbai, Kuangling, Taiyuan, Hexi and Haiyang. Apart from the recruitment work, the recruitment department has to assist labors to process their documents (such as passport, good conduct certificate, bank loan procedure, document loss re-processing or old document replacement etc.) so that labors can have enough condition to work in overseas. The responsibility of each employee in the recruitment department is to provide labor with correct information and suggestions from a professional angle. To continuously recruit good labors and provide them to the oversea partners is the spirit that we work day and night without feeling tired. By cooperating with colleges of various provinces we can provide high quality technician source that is sufficient to fill up the orders from overseas.


  1. Labor entering the site, help labor to take photo,process passport and good conduct certificate procedure.
  2. Follow up on the document progress of labors, evaluation on the learning and quality so as to provide accurate information to overseas to arrange for the entry progress.
  3. Labor resume, learning condition are input to the backstage system.
  4. Cooperate with the overseas progress to process departure procedure (VISA, contract signing, air ticket etc.).
  5. Before the labor goes out to work, the company will make them to understand the salary form, work environment, overseas deduction method and law and this is to avoid possible occurrence of labor dispute.
  6. Arrange labor to depart when the documents are complete.



In respect of foreign language training:
Mainly this is learning of Chinese and English. Course arrangement is based on interactive teaching method. Through language conversation between teacher and student, the response ability of the labor can be enhanced and furthermore, psychological guidance on labors is strengthened. 






During the training period, labors will gain understanding on the living habits, law and general taboo of that county. At the same time, they have to study on the skill course and this will base on the work of the labor to arrange relevant skill training. If there is special requirement, workers will be sent to specific school to learn the skill.




The first training site A

Due to the development of the company, a large training site is required. Vietnam Lucky Country Company decided to officially move to the new training site on January 1, 2007. The total area of the training site A is 540 sq. meters and maximum it can hold 120 workers to receive training at the same time without affecting the quality.



The second training site B

We discussed with relevant unit and rented their school and relevant equipment. The broader space and complete training equipment allowed the training department of our company to give labors regular training and this can conform to the requirement and expectation of employers. Furthermore this can allow our company to export better quality labor force required by the import country broker.
